Full-Time (Immediate Start) We are seeking an experienced Site Personnel for immediate full-time work on an active construction site. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site operations Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and deliveries Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and workers Track progress and report daily site activities Resolve on-site issues and maintain workflow efficiency Manage materials, equipment, and site organization Requirements Previous construction site management experience required Must have a reliable van for transportation of tools/materials Must be fluent in Spanish and English Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple trades Valid driver’s license required Available to start immediately Position Details Full-time position Immediate hire Competitive pay based on experience To apply, please send your experience, contact information, and availability.
