Responsibilities: As a Construction Superintendent, you will: · Oversee and manage commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion. · Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites. · Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals. · Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating and addressing challenges. · Uphold project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in commercial interior projects. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. · Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. · Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New York City. · Ability to navigate and troubleshoot challenges on-site with a solution-oriented mindset.
