Construction Superintendent

Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site. Duties : Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. Work with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Requirements : Requires minimum of three years of experience. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Experience in handling federal government work is a plus. Construction Quality Management certificate holder is preferred.
