Construction Superintendent SCA

Construction Superintendent We are searching for an experienced Construction Superintendent with documented SCA experience. Candidates: MUST have 62 hour SST card (MANDATORY) MUST have 4 hour Scaffolding card (MANDATORY) NYC Super's License--PREFERABLE Documented experience as a SUPER on at least 3 SCA projects with a GC Experience MUST be in the Super's role Strong ability to work for a'self-performing' GC Specifically: Windows Roofing Scaffolding Masonry Night Shift will be required--winters, day shift (if permitted) during summer & school holidays Ability to understand order of materials & payroll and all required'self-performing' paperwork required by the SCA Ability to handle CID inspections Prior relationships with PO's and Inspectors expected Familiarity with industry specific softwares required PROCORE a plus Salary commensurate with experience Strong comp & benefits package
