VALiNTRY is seeking a skilled and dependable Construction On-Site Superintendent to lead our solar energy construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. In this role, you'll be the on-site leader ensuring every project runs smoothly - on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards. Location: Ashland, VA The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction operations - subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control. Ensure full compliance with project specs, safety standards, and building codes. Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with project management. Maintain detailed records: daily logs, reports, and change orders. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers for smooth delivery. Lead and mentor the on-site team, fostering safety and accountability. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and control material and labor costs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Electrical License is a strong plus. Familiar with blueprints, technical drawings, and safety protocols
