Careers with our Clients through Forvis Mazars US Executive Search Construction Technology Manager Carolinas region We are seeking a Construction Technology Manager to join a dynamic and well-respected Carolinas-based contractor. The Construction Technology Manager leads enterprise platforms and oversees the organization’s technology strategy, using tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, quality, safety, and field productivity. This role partners with senior leadership to set goals, build and execute a technology roadmap, and deliver employee training programs. Success depends on driving company-wide adoption, tracking usage, and demonstrating return on investment. Working closely with preconstruction, BIM, marketing, and operations teams, the manager sets project delivery standards, supports coordination and workflows, and contributes to winning new project pursuits. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a construction technology roadmap; pilot and evaluate new tools Establish governance for change management, integrations, and user permissions Partner with leaders to align technology with workflows; support jobsite connectivity, mobile tools, and training programs Manage vendors, licensing, and budgets; assess value and identify AI / automation opportunities through pilots Work with IT to ensure platform performance, security, and lifecycle management, including training and support QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Information Systems or related field 5+ years leading construction technology programs and implementation within a GC or specialty contractor Demonstrated success developing technology roadmaps, managing vendors and training for diverse employee user groups Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, etc. and related integrations; awareness of laser scanning / drone workflows
