Located in Hockley, TX, we collaborate closely with our clients to bring their dream homes to life. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Construction Worker role based in Hockley, TX. As a Construction Worker at Cotter Custom Homes, you will assist in building and remodeling residential properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing construction tasks such as masonry, flooring installation, and renovations. You will work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining an organized construction site are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Proven experience in General Construction tasks Knowledge of Flooring installation and Renovation techniques Ability to conduct basic Research and problem-solving related to construction projects Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality craftsmanship Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Prior experience in residential remodeling is preferred
