Construction Worker

Job Overview We have a few openings in the following departments. Sheetrock Hangers Tape and Texture Structural Framing Plumbing Electrical The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of building our modular commercial hotels and/or apartment complexes for all Western States. Duties Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Be able to read and understand measurements using a tape measure, with all instructions and communication conducted in English Ability to lift at least 50+ lbs. regularly Able to speak and understand English to follow instructions, communicate effectively with team members Be able to work inside a factory environment which may include exposure to loud noises at times Have reliable transportation Requirements Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Basic understanding of construction procedures Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass required drug testing Work Schedule Work Monday through Thursday 10 Hour Days = 40 Hour Week Every Friday, Saturday, Sundays Off - 3 Day Weekend Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
