Job Overview: TheConstructive Simulation Functional Operator supports the National Simulation Center (NSC) by planning, coordinating, and executing simulation-based training in support of NEXTGEN Constructive operations. This role serves as a key integrator of training schedules, operational timelines, and simulation support, ensuring synchronization of events across multiple echelons ranging from Squad to Corps. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and Simulation ("puckster") training at echelons ranging from Squad to Corps. Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable simulations and/or mission command information systems. Executes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times. Provide individual MCIS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certification. Follows doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series, "Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function". Teach, and coach during exercise/event execution, simulation functionality and operations to training unit personnel
