Loan Servicing Support - Temporary Assignment Bishop & Company is seeking detail-oriented Loan Servicing Support professionals to assist a Servicing Team that plays a critical role in supporting Home Equity, Small Business, Auto, and Personal loans and lines.This position focuses on loan and line servicing, account maintenance, and document support in a fast-paced financial environment.Key Responsibilities Loan & Line Maintenance Process non-excepted transactions, including:Payment postings and payoff processing Autopay setup and maintenance Address changes and basic account updates Complete Federal Reserve Loan and Line pledging activities using established checklists Conduct routine audit and quality control reviews based on predefined criteria Perform follow-up outreach to dealerships to obtain outstanding title documentation Track receipt and status of title?related documents Assist with duplicate title requests and required documentation Validate data by comparing source documentation to system records Imaging & Record Retention Support Prepare new consumer loan and line documents for imaging and record retention Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including accurate data entry, validation, and spreadsheet maintenance Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately Additional Information Job Type:Temporary Pay Rate:$18 per hour Start Date:ASAP Location:Honolulu, HI 96819 Worksite:KIC (free parking available for temporary employees) About Bishop & Company Bishop & Company provides recruiting and placement services for client companies and career opportunities for job seekers throughout Hawai'i.We never charge fees to candidates, and our client services are 100% guaranteed.Phone:808?839?2200 Website:www.bishopco.net No relocation assistance available.In-state applicants only.Must be available to interview immediately.Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.
