Responsibilities Conduct user interviews and in-depth field visits across Los Angeles and key California cities to gather firsthand consumer insights on apparel preferences, fit, and lifestyle needs Analyze local market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer behavior to identify emerging opportunities and potential gaps in the market Synthesize user feedback and market data into structured insights, including user personas, needs analysis, and actionable design recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, product development, and merchandising—to ensure user insights are effectively translated into product improvements and new concepts Develop regular reports (weekly and monthly summaries) that clearly communicate key findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders Build and maintain a user insight database to track ongoing feedback and enable data-driven decision-making Participate in new product review sessions, providing user-centered perspectives to refine prototypes before market launch Skills Proven experience in user research, market research, fashion, retail, or e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on gathering and translating consumer insights Fluent in English with excellent communication and interviewing skills to engage diverse consumer groups effectively Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities to distill complex user feedback into clear, actionable conclusions Proficiency in documenting research findings and creating structured reports that support strategic decisions Ability to work independently while managing multiple research projects and field visits across California Reside in Los Angeles with availability for frequent travel within California for user interviews and market visits Proactive mindset with strong execution skills and a genuine sensitivity to consumer behavior and fashion trends Experience with survey tools, data analysis platforms, or user research software is a plus Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
