The Contact Center Agent will provide quality customer support by responding to inquiries, assisting with scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service. The role involves actively listening to customers, maintaining accurate documentation, and working collaboratively to uphold ATI's standards for patient care and communication. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with technology tools Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem-solve, and maintain a customer-focused approach High school diploma or equivalent; previous call center or customer service experience is a plus Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
