Alliance Credit Union seeks a Contact Center Manager to lead our Customer Service & Support team within Banking, Insurance & Investment. Based in San Jose, you will oversee daily contact center operations, coach and develop representatives, manage staffing and performance metrics, and ensure exceptional member experiences across phone and digital channels. You’ll drive quality, efficiency, and first-contact resolution while upholding regulatory compliance and security standards. In our member-first, collaborative culture, you’ll partner with branch, lending, and digital banking teams to improve processes, support financial education, and lead initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
