A company is looking for a Supervisor of Contact Center Sales. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a sales team, including hiring, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions Review KPI and SLA reports to assess team performance and implement coaching and process improvements Coordinate training activities and ensure quality assurance standards are met through monitoring and feedback Required Qualifications High school diploma required 3+ years of sales supervisory/manager experience in a fast-paced environment preferred 3+ years of sales or automotive experience required No specific licenses required
