Reports to: Head of GTM Department: Marketing & Business Development FLSA Category: Exempt Position Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: 0 – 10%, Quarterly for meetings Office Location: Remote, US Based JOB SUMMARY Clarvos is building next-generation AI for small business owners and marketers, with content at the core of how we demonstrate value, train our systems, and drive adoption. We are seeking a Content & Ad Designer to lead the quality creative process, partnering closely with our product and engineering team to refine our AI, and scale high-performing content. This role goes beyond traditional design, with responsibility for shaping AI-generated creative, ensuring quality and brand consistency, and continuously auditing and optimizing performance. The role will focus on producing User-generated content (UGC) style, organic, and paid-ready content that resonates with small business owners and marketers, while helping build a scalable, AI-driven content engine. In collaboration with Product and Go-to-Market teams, you will translate insights into effective creative development that drives engagement, education, and conversion across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Instagram. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead creative quality and refinement across formats (video, static, UGC-style) Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, GTM) to scale high-performing creative Translate product insights, customer data, and campaign learnings into effective content for organic and paid channels Drive A/B testing and rapid iteration to improve creative performance Build and maintain a scalable, repeatable content engine for fast testing and deployment Ensure brand consistency across voice, visuals, and messaging Design and optimize content for key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) to maximize engagement and conversion Audit and evaluate content to identify performance drivers and continuously optimize Stay current on platform trends and emerging formats to evolve creative strategy KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years in content, ad design, or digital creative with a portfolio across video, static, animation, and UGC (all content types) Experience managing creative for multiple brands simultaneously; agency background a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools, with familiarity in AI-driven workflows Strong understanding of platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Google Ads, Pinterest, Reddit), performance drivers, and emerging creative strategies Ability to analyze data and optimize creative for both paid and organic media Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Collaborative, organized, and effective in fast-paced, iterative environments with strong communication and project management skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time. Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time. Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time. Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
