Job Description Tenna Content Marketer Job Description Content Marketer Company: Tenna Location: Remote (Nationwide) Travel: Up to 15% Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Tenna is seeking a results-driven, quality-focused Content Marketer to own the execution and production of content across digital, sales, events, and campaign channels. This role focuses on translating complex construction and operational concepts into clear messaging, supporting SEO/AEO blog writing, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement initiatives. Books & Literature Discover more Software Science Text & Instant Messaging Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and produce high-quality SEO/AEO-driven blog articles, long-form content, website copy, landing page copy, sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks), email campaigns, and digital ad messaging. Own content from first draft through final production, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Create content based on the marketing calendar and support the creation/distribution of Voice of Customer materials. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to optimize content for SEO and performance using keyword strategies. Maintain high standards for quality, speed, and attention to detail; manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Collaborate with designers to create innovative graphics (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus). Leverage AI tools and modern content platforms to accelerate drafting, editing, and ideation. Produce assets for integrated campaigns aligned with campaign goals, buyer journey stages, and personas. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure messaging accuracy, including creating customized sales proposals. Distribute content and monitor performance, analyzing results to adjust strategy. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, and editing across digital, brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Technologies, or a related field. Industry: Proven experience marketing for B2B SaaS organizations is required; experience in complex/technical industries (construction, equipment, etc.) is preferred. Skills: Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and SEO principles understanding. Tools Proficient in AI tools for content creation and productivity. Experience with CMS and marketing platforms (especially HubSpot), SEMrush, and Google Analytics. Basic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
