Mover/Content Technician This position is for individuals that have worked with handling people's personal belongings, industrial type cleaning, construction safety awareness, and packing and moving experience.Cascade Contents is a sister company to Boulder Creek Construction (BCC) and Robinson Restoration.This restoration company is a leader in disaster restoration.We have the experience and resources to provide our customers with the fastest, most reliable and highest quality service in the industry.We are a premier water, fire, and mold damage remediation contractor and we will always lead the way.As a technician, you will effectively perform all mitigation services the company offers such as:Performing demolition tasks Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged Perform job cleanup and breakdown Packing and moving of customer personal items Setting containments Setting of specialized equipment Structural cleaning Content cleaning Inventory Job management system proficiency - DASH experience a plus Travel to work sites in residential and commercial areas daily in work vehicles Communicating with customers in high stress situations Working with other vendors and subcontractors Maintaining a high level of communication, professionalism, and production in high stress environments Out of town/overnight is required to other offices in Washington State if needed.Requirements:Prior experience with power tools.Ability to show up on time.Experience demolition, industrial cleaning, content moving, inventory systems.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.50lbswith team-lift and lifting equipment Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics.Ability to successfully complete a background check.Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written.Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.Benefits PTO - paid time off Health insurance Opportunity for career growth& learning environment Innovative & diverse work environment The most Competitive Pay & Bonuses in the industry Regular performance and pay reviews Opportunity to obtain continuing education.I.e.IICRC credentials, OSHA training Company committed to professional development Family Oriented & open communication environment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Are you available to be on call as needed?
