Key Responsibilities Design and deliver continuing education programs to enhance volunteer skills Collaborate with the Learning and Engagement Manager to assess current programs and create a strategic roadmap Manage learning initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring quality and effectiveness Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in continuing education or adult education Proven ability to design scalable learning experiences Strong curriculum and content development skills Experience managing projects or programs end-to-end Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
