Position Title: Continuous Improvement Lead Reports To: Building Principal Purpose: The Building Continuous Improvement Lead facilitates and supports the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process, ensuring collaboration around student outcomes, and fosters professional learning aligned with school goals to promote continuous improvement in instructional practices. Qualifications Minimum of three years of teaching experience, with the most recent year in the Urbandale Community School District. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement efforts. Proven record of collaboration, particularly in the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process. Knowledge of instructional practices that establish a culture of dignity and belonging and student achievement. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
