Job Description
A part-time contract accountant is needed to support the day-to-day transactional accounting function for a client engagement. Responsibilities Accounts payable management from invoice receipt through bill payment, including PO and receipt matching Customer invoicing and accounts receivable management Accounting inbox and document management Weekly cash flow reporting support Exception identification and escalation Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency required Experience in a manufacturing, project-based, or B2B environment preferred Self-directed with strong attention to detail and follow-through Engagement Details Part-time: approximately 10 (up to 15) hours per week Contract / 1099 Remote Ongoing, with potential to expand over time
