Contract Administrator Location: Nashville, TN (330 Commerce St.) Duration: 9 Months Contract Pay Rate: $35.50/hr on W2 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage procurement contractual data and ensure accuracy within our systems. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, extracting key data points, and maintaining integrity within the Oracle Fusion database. The ideal candidate is agile, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Oversee and maintain the procurement contract database (Oracle Fusion), ensuring all metadata and legal documentation are accurate and accessible. Contract Review: Analyze executed contracts to confirm completeness and compliance, specifically focusing on entities, payment terms, and pricing. Process Coordination: Collaborate with Procurement Teams and buyers to gather executed contracts and input key performance indicators. Analysis & Reporting: Generate contract performance reports and track indicators such as delivery schedules and spend. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between vendor management and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related inquiries. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (highly preferred) or Ariba. Strong Excel skills are required ( Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs ). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks as business needs change. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a significant plus.
