What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and orders Manage and process Requests for Quotes (RFQs) with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery Review, log, and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) across internal teams Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to ensure customer requirements are met Communicate updates and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery timelines, and product availability Participate in customer calls and support relationship-building efforts Track and analyze customer sales data to support business decisions Maintain organized documentation, records, and contract files Support general inquiries and contribute to a high level of customer service What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in precision, accountability, and communication. High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of relevant experience preferred Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is strongly preferred Background in contracts administration, customer service, or sales support Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Why Join Trio?
