General Counsel / Legal Lead We are seeking a sharp, versatile General Counsel to handle all legal affairs for our agency. You will be our primary legal strategist, protector, and advisor, navigating the fast-paced entertainment landscape. Core Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft and negotiate talent, production, and business agreements. Legal Advisory: Provide expert counsel on risk, operations, and agency strategy. Advocacy & Litigation: Handle disputes and "situations needing justice" to protect the agency’s interests. Investigations: Lead internal and external investigations with a detail-oriented, "detective" mindset. Requirements JD Degree: Active State Bar membership. Entertainment Expertise: Strong background in media, talent, or intellectual property law. Sharp Execution: Ability to think on your feet and pivot between complex legal drafting and high-stakes conflict resolution. Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive investigations with total confidentiality.
