Contract Recruiter (6 Month Temp) Healthcare is increasingly unaffordable for many Americans. About This Role The Contract Recruiter will join our team to help support the hiring needs. This role will play a part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. This person is a motivated and skilled recruiter that is able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment . Full-time, in-office in Orange, CA. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and applicants. Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and alignment with the company’s core values and culture. Manage and maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ATS. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Deliver a positive candidate experience. Assist with other recruitment projects as needed. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing the recruitment process. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
