Contract Retail Recruiter

At Shane Co., we are looking for experienced Contract Retail Recruiters based in Denver or the Bay Area for a 4 to 6 month engagement. We are a family owned company with a strong culture and high standards. Our leaders are deeply involved in hiring, just as our buyers carefully hand select every stone we offer our customers. We care about the customer experience in our stores, and the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role will partner closely with our Recruiting team and regional leaders to support hiring across our retail organization, with a strong focus on quality, partnership and pipeline building. We’re looking for someone with: 5+ years of multi-site retail recruiting experience Strong sourcing skills and recruiter judgment A high level of ownership and follow-through The ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to balance speed, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
