Job Description
Contracts Administrative Assistant - Newark, NJ Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a full-time, open-ended temp position based in Newark, NJ.This will be onsite to start with the potential to work a hybrid schedule once training is over.Pay rate of $24.00/hour.Principal Accountabilities:Provides administrative support to Access Link's Contracts Group Provides administrative support to Paratransit Specialists Reviews operational information and prepares performance reports Assists in the review and processing of NM's, Monitors and updates the Contract Monitoring Tracker Assists in the review and processing of the Operator Excellence Incentive Program Manages the filing of communications into ADARECS Assist with managing the road observation report compliance (given requirements vary according to driver performance and seniority) Identify and process candidates for operator excellence incentive awards Draft documents for PA assessments Assist with record audits during site visits Tasks related to completing projects/meeting goals for the coming year Note-taking during meetings Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Access Link policies and procedures Performs special projects and provides support as directed Knowledge & Skills Required:Associate's Degree Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with others Experience in supporting management team Trapeze knowledge desired #IND2.
