Contracts AnalystDataBank Holdings Ltd.is a leading provider of enterprise-class data center, cloud, and interconnection services, offering customers 100% uptime availability of data, applications, and infrastructure.DataBank's managed data center services are anchored in world-class facilities.Our customized technology solutions are designed to help customers effectively manage risk, improve technology performance, and allow focus on core business objectives.DataBank is headquartered in the historic former Federal Reserve Bank Building, in downtown Dallas, TX.DataBank is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our work culture at DataBank does not discriminate based on actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, marital status, veterans' status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.DataBank's Legal Team delivers innovative, trusted, industry-leading legal services that provide a smooth and efficient contracting process for our customers and our internal stakeholders while advancing and protecting DataBank.DataBank is hiring a Contracts Analyst to join our Legal team to handle routine requests for legal support from DataBank's sales, finance and purchasing.This position can be located in Dallas or Denver or potentially remote.Responsibilities:Review, negotiate and revise master service agreements, service orders, host waivers, non-disclosure agreements and other customer contracting documentsCollaborate with internal partners including Sales, Product Management, Sales Operations, Billing, Finance and other teams to support processes for contracting and order processingRespond to requests from Sales teams and others pm contract review requests, legal issues and concernsSupport other DataBank departments to locate applicable contracts and identify key termsDraft contract terms for inclusion on service orders and master service agreementsUpdate internal contract librariesContribute to canned responses, FAQs and knowledge libraries to address common queriesConduct various legal projects and other duties as assigned.JD degree not required as this is not a practicing counsel role.Required Skills/Experience:Undergraduate degree required2years hands on experience working with contracts in a company sales/legal departmentExperience managing and/or drafting and negotiating simple contractsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong collaboration and people skillsHighly responsive and service-oriented attitudeDesire to work in a high-energy, sales-oriented culture and the ability to adapt in a quickly changing business environment with a large volume of deals and expected quick turnaround timesDetail orientedProficient in Microsoft Word, Acrobat and interest in and aptitude for learning new technologiesThrives in a fast-paced work environmentDesired Skills:Experience in and/or knowledge of colocation, telecommunications, Cloud industries a plus, especially in Cloud ComputingExperience with Epicor, Salesforce and other contract management systems a plusBenefits:Health, Vision and Dental Insurance PackagesShort-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance401k with company matchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition and Certification ReimbursementVolunteer Time Off.
