Contracts Attorney (TX, CA, MN)

A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney specializing in engineering and construction. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate contracts, including MSAs and subcontractor agreements Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks through effective contract structuring Advise project teams on contract interpretation and dispute avoidance strategies Required Qualifications JD and active U.S. Bar License (TX, CA, or MN preferred) 5+ years of legal experience focused on construction, engineering, or design industries Experience with design-build delivery models and large-scale infrastructure projects Familiarity with AIA and/or EJCDC contract forms Strong background in commercial contracting, including MSAs and vendor agreements
