Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Control Engineer in Richmond, VA Responsibilities for the Control Engineer: Design and develop control system solutions Install, configure, and maintain control and monitoring equipment Support systems used in industrial, infrastructure, and automation environments Work with PLCs, SCADA systems, and distributed control systems (DCS) Support instrumentation and advanced process control systems Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization Collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet system requirements Document designs, configurations, and system changes Qualifications for the Control Engineer: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience Experience with control systems, automation, or instrumentation Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues. Proficient in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs or DDCs Compensation for the Control Engineer: $90,000 - $130,000 *Depending on Experience Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
