Job Responsibilities: Previous controller experience in an automotive tier 1 with UAW Full understanding of indentured bill of materials and standard costing Advanced Excel knowledge and desire to understand, utilize and enhance integrated models Previous planning, budgeting and forecasting experience Working knowledge of SAP and One Stream Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate and genuinely care for the team, hold the team accountable and develop/enhance the succession plan Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
