Talascend , a proud veteran-owned company , is seeking experienced Conveyor Welders to join our growing team. This is a 100% travel position , focused on field-based welding, fabrication, and installation of custom conveyor systems at customer sites nationwide. As a Conveyor Welder, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling components used in our custom-built conveyor systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum used in conveyor components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, and fabricate materials according to required dimensions. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Use hand tools and fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, brakes, etc.) as needed. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company safety protocols. Work collaboratively with other fabricators, welders, and supervisors to meet deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; trade school or welding certification is a plus. Minimum 5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Minimum 3 years MIG/TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum used in conveyor components. Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements. Willing and able to travel 100% of the time (including overnights and weekends when necessary). Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
