Job Description
Amora Bistro, the first Ecuadorian restaurant in the state of Oregon, is looking for a part time prep and line cook to work weekdays and weekends as needed. What we look for in a line cook: Passion for food and cooking techniques. Willingness to assist other stations. Organization and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Ecuadorian cuisine (must have). Knowledge of portioning, storage and product rotation. Ability to work efficiently and multitask. Compensation starts at $17/hr plus tips and increases DOE.
