Duties Prepare a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform accurate cash handling to maintain financial integrity Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling equipment in compliance with health regulations Assist with food safety practices including proper food storage, temperature checks, and hygiene protocols Support food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced environments Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for seamless transaction management Culinary experience or background in the food industry helps ensure quality food preparation and handling skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Customer service experience that highlights your ability to engage positively with guests and handle cash accurately Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering delicious food with exceptional service!
