Responsibilities/Job Description Fairview is looking for a Cook at our Fairview Lakes Location in Wyoming, MN! This is a part time position offering 8 hours over a 2-week pay period and is not benefit eligible! Prepares and serves hot and cold foods for all customers using standardized recipes and proper food handling techniques. Schedule Every other Friday 11am-7:30pm Responsibilities Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations and policies, procedures, and standards Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements to achieve clinical, satisfaction and/or efficiency outcomes Prepares food per standardized recipes, production sheets and department service times Ensures food is prepared per standardized recipes and production sheets to maintain quality standards Practices accurate infection control methods, including proper hand washing, personal hygiene, food handling and sanitation techniques Checks food for accurate temperature, flavor, and appearance to ensure customer satisfaction May assist with ordering, receiving and storage of food and supplies Required Qualifications Vocational/Technical Culinary Training A.A./A.S. or 1 year of experience Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience Certified or willing to become certified for food safety Qualifications: $21.27- $26.04 Hourly
