Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and menu plans Assist with menu planning to accommodate various dietary needs and preferences Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices, including food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Cook a variety of dishes, demonstrating strong knife skills and culinary techniques Support catering events and special meal services by preparing large quantities of food efficiently Serve meals with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or food service settings Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Knowledge of menu planning tailored to diverse dietary requirements Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen environments within the food industry or catering services Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Strong communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members JBring your energy, expertise, and passion for food to create memorable dining experiences that truly make a difference.
