Duties Assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences Prepare, cook, and serve meals following established recipes and safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained Support catering events by preparing dishes and serving guests efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and food preparation stations Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality control Provide excellent food service by assisting residents or customers with their meal choices and serving requests Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices Experience working in restaurants or the food industry is advantageous Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are essential Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering nutritious meals with care and professionalism.
