Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service at all times. Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish presentation, ingredient selection, and portion control. Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely meal delivery. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly valued. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or culinary settings. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
