Job Overview We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Cook to join our small, high-energy bar kitchen. In this role, you’ll prepare a variety of bar food, appetizers, and specials in a compact kitchen setup. You’ll handle everything from prepping ingredients to cooking during service with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency. The kitchen can get fast-paced , especially during busy weekend shifts, so you must thrive under pressure, stay organized, and work cleanly. Schedule: Mostly weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with additional shifts available during the week when needed. Flexibility is a big plus. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Support food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods Manage food storage, inventory, and proper labeling of ingredients to minimize waste Follow all food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Join us as a Weekend Cook and bring your passion for culinary excellence to life!
