Coal Mountain Caboose is the only Sports Bar in Kittitas County and we are looking to grow our Back Of House team heading into the busy season. We are looking for a great candidate that has experience in the kitchen, prepping, preparing food, and cleaning. We have a great vibe in the newly renovated space offering Craft Beer, an amazing spirits selection and our awesome Sports Bar Food offering. We have a fast paced crew that is loving the busy days and great tips. Daily Cash Tips - WE DO NOT POOL TIPS! Back of house is tipped out based on a percentage of food sales daily. We have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and the overall customer experience. It's all about consistency and providing the same great product time and time again whether it is food or drinks. You need to have experience in the kitchen, our recipes are strait forward but we do focus on quality food without cutting corners. Compensation is based on experience and what you bring to the table. We also have our sister company Cle Elum Taps & Tapas where there may be hours available, we cross utilize our labor force which gives flexibility on all fronts. FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT NECESSARY!
