Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences to guests Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills Experience working in fine dining environments or catering services is a plus Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Passion for continuous learning and developing culinary expertise Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
