TheCookisresponsible forproper preparation of large quantity food items for residents, staff, and visitors of the community. Thepositionserves as assistant to the Chef/HeadCookoperatinga full-service commercial kitchen. Will occasionally providesupervision to staff in the absence of the Dining Services Director. Serve Safe Certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret documentssuch as procedure manuals and operating instructions,and to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume.
