This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high quality meals and exceptional service within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, menu planning, along with a passion for culinary excellence. 2-5 years of cooking experience required. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service during meal times. Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for meal preparation and serving. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency. Contribute to the overall dining experience by providing excellent customer service.
