Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to support diverse dietary needs and preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Handle food safely during preparation, storage, and serving to prevent contamination or spoilage Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently Serve meals in a timely manner while providing friendly, professional customer service Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles is highly preferred Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling procedures Experience working in dietary departments or with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Skilled in meal preparation techniques including chopping, sautéing, baking, and plating Familiarity with menu planning and accommodating special dietary restrictions Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to craft delicious meals that make a difference!
