Job Summary The Coordinator, Colleague Village is responsible for being an ambassador of the colleague experience, which includes welcoming new colleagues, managing the front desk, handling mail deliveries, organizing colleague events, etc. Key Duties & Responsibilities Attend to all colleague accommodation requests with courteous, professional service Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure allocated rooms are prepared prior to colleague arrivals Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for all residents Manage the collection, sorting, and distribution of colleague mail and package deliveries Conduct routine inspections of colleague rooms and shared spaces, including the training room, offices, common areas, restrooms, and laundry facilities, reporting and documenting any issues or damages Coordinate with the third-party property management to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and repairs, maintaining accurate records in the Work Order Tracker Oversee deep cleaning programs in accordance with scheduled timelines Monitor the correct use and storage of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals, as well linens, to prevent misuse and minimize waste Assist with monthly and quarterly inventory checks Facilitate thorough handovers at the end of each shift by logging all relevant information, concerns, and outstanding requests Brainstorm, organize, and execute colleague engagement events, wellness activities, and special initiatives as assigned Communicate emergency housing procedures to residents, respond to urgent situations, and handle emergency phone calls as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources, Manager, Human Resources, Manager, Colleague Housing, or other members of the Management team Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Must possess previous administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Ability to act with integrity and confidentality Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical insurance - 80% of premium paid by employer Health Savings Account with $50 employer contribution per pay period Dental, vision & life insurance - 100% of premium paid by employer 5 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off) 8 paid holidays Uniform provided & complimentary laundering Complimentary transportation to/from resort Complimentary meal per shift Subsidized housing based on availability Discounts at F&B outlets on property 14 nights per year at $100/night* at Kerzner Properties worldwide Winter season includes complimentary ski pass to Big Sky Resort based on availability OR $225 reimbursement towards gym membership Physical Requirements The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation.
