Position Title: Coordinator - Early Learning Department: Early Learning Location: antkwak Early Learning Center Reports To: Executive Director of Early Learning Salary: Administrator Salary Schedule, 220 days FLSA Status: Exempt FTE: 1.0 ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT AN UPDATED RESUME AND LETTER OF INTEREST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION NW REGIONAL ESD'S MISSION STATEMENT: In Partnership with the communities we serve, Northwest Regional ESD improves student learning by providing equitable access to high quality services and support. POSITION SPECIFICS: We are seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable Early Learning Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for our Early Intervention (EI) program. While this role includes a range of responsibilities across early learning services, the primary focus is supervising EI staff and programming, supporting high-quality service delivery, and ensuring fidelity and integrity of program implementation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coaching and developing staff, fostering strong relationships with families and partners, and promoting consistent, effective practices that support positive outcomes for young children and their families. Preferred candidates will have previous experience as an Early Intervention provider and/or recent administrative experience within an EI/ECSE program. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: In alignment with the NWRESD's mission statement, this position assists the Executive Director of Early Learning with administering all early learning operations supporting approximately 3000 students across a four-county region. This includes the supervision of instruction, support services, facility and operations, student activities, agency collaboration, and community relations activities. The EI/ECSE Coordinator is an antiracist leader responsible for program vision, administration, standards, monitoring, accountability, and reporting within the mission and vision of the NWRESD and the Early Learning Department. These programs are implemented in accordance with ESD policies and procedures, Oregon statutes and administrative rules, and federal laws and regulations. These programs must also be consistent with and supportive of the instructional programs carried out in the local districts in which the ESD is operating. QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully,an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Valid Oregon TSPC Administrative License or ability to obtain license within timeline specified by district.
