Job Description PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Coordinator III, Opportunity HUB plays a pivotal role in connecting Cy-Fair students with meaningful career opportunities by building strong employer partnerships, coordinating impactful events and programs, and facilitating pathways to internships and employment. Reporting directly to the Director, this position drives the growth and visibility of the Opportunity Hub (formerly Outreach) through proactive outreach, student-centered programming, and data-informed strategies that enhance career readiness and placement outcomes. Essential Job Functions Supervises and supports part-time staff, including payroll approval and task delegation Directs, plans, organizes, and executes multiple annual events, handling logistics, room reservations, promotional campaigns, and post-event evaluations Builds and maintains relationships with employers through proactive outreach, event promotion, registration management, and ongoing communication to expand internship and employment opportunities for students Collaborates with faculty and campus partners to promote events and workshops to students and prospective employers Develops, documents, and implements procedures to enhance student experiences in internships, including support for internship providers Represents the Opportunity Hub at community networking events and career-related gatherings Provide and manage reports for the Director, including producing an annual report on the success of the Opportunity Hub programs Designs and delivers student-focused learning events, such as mock interviews, resume labs, on-campus recruiting, and professional development workshops Partners with the communications team to create marketing materials, social media content, and promotional strategies for Opportunity Hub programs Delivers presentations to students, faculty, staff, and external groups about Opportunity Hub services and resources Compiles and analyzes data for monthly and annual reports, including student hires, internship placements, event outcomes, and program success metrics; prepares comprehensive annual reports for leadership Networks with community members, students, faculty, and staff at events to promote Opportunity Hub Actively develops new business relationships and increases career opportunities for students Responsible for other reasonable related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to build relationships Strong organizational and project management abilities, including prioritizing multiple initiatives Effective ver
