We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Coordinator, Physician Position Management to join our Physician Services team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless coordination of physician position lifecycle activities across HR, IT, Finance, and Physician Recruitment, with a focus on direct hire physicians. You’ll manage Workday processes, maintain data integrity, and support compliance while driving enhancements in Recruiting and Onboarding modules. In this role the coordinator will manage the creation of new physician requisitions aligned with strategic growth plans, initiate offboarding including employment changes and service as a liaison between various departments. This position is on site Monday - Friday at our midtown corporate office. Preferred Criteria Experience with dashboard and KPI development using Workday tools Deep proficiency in Workday, including Recruiting and Onboarding modules Required Criteria Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years related work experience Excellent writing and communication skills Proven experience in project management and process optimization Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership and multiple departments Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
