It aims to end homelessness by supporting clients in achieving housing stability, healing from trauma, and developing skills for independence. The organization operates across 34 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. About the Opportunity: The Coordinator, Web Properties is responsible for building and maintaining web pages, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance fundraising, engagement, and content experiences across the organization''s digital platforms. Reporting to the Manager, Web Development, this role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment of website content while supporting digital operations and collaboration with external agencies. Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain website properties regarding functionality and technical performance. Build and update web pages and donation pages using approved CMS components. Perform daily website updates and maintenance tasks as assigned. Coordinate with digital agencies and manage development and content deliverables. Manage large volumes of digital content ensuring accuracy and consistency. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital asset or web content management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in project management systems. Effective communication and relationship management skills. Experience with content management systems, preferably Drupal or WordPress. Familiarity with basic photo and image editing tools. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end support. Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including SEO/SEM and social media. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Previous marketing experience. Travel Ability to travel once annually to New York City for in-person events. Position is otherwise fully remote. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
