Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Corporate Chef/Catering professional to lead our culinary operations and our catering services. Hours will be mainly Monday-Friday weekday. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of diverse menus, manage food production teams, and ensure exceptional quality and presentation. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented culinary staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences for corporate clients and special events. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned culinary expert with a flair for fine dining, team management, and innovative menu planning to make a significant impact in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties Lead the planning, preparation, and presentation of daily breakfast/lunch orders and catering orders/events. Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food service teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, freshness, and adherence to food safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Coordinate with event planners and clients to customize menus and ensure seamless execution of catering services Maintain strict compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all culinary operations Train staff on food handling, preparation techniques, and customer service to uphold the highest standards of hospitality Requirements Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining, or large-scale food production environments Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities in a culinary setting Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and kitchen management Skilled in menu planning, inventory management, and food service management within the hospitality or restaurant industry Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop culinary teams Hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations at a professional level Familiarity with catering logistics, event coordination, and shift management processes Culinary certification or relevant hospitality qualifications are preferred but not mandatory Join us to lead innovative culinary initiatives that delight guests and elevate our brand!
