Job Description
Key Responsibilities Intermediano Inc. is looking for experienced Copper Splicing Technicians on behalf of a client to support operations across multiple sites in Michigan (MI) & Indiana (IN). Candidates must be locally based or have valid authorization to work in the United States. Perform copper cable splicing, bonding, and terminations Execute network maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades Troubleshoot signal loss, connectivity issues, and line faults Work on outside plant (OSP) and field environments Read and interpret cable maps, schematics, and pair assignments Perform cutovers, testing, and validation of copper lines Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Requirements Proven experience in copper splicing within telecom networks Strong knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) environments Experience with troubleshooting copper networks (voice/data) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cable diagrams Hands-on field experience with telecom infrastructure Clean background (Background check to be conducted) SSN and Valid work visa Pay: $1.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
